AI-powered analysis of user-defined dietary profiles.
Barcode scanning to retrieve product information from various databases.
Personalized letter grades (A-F) and numerical scores for food products.
Side-by-side product comparisons for premium users.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App responsibly and for informational purposes only.
Not rely solely on the App for critical health or purchasing decisions.
Understand that product formulations can change and data may not always be 100% accurate or up-to-date.
Consult primary sources (product packaging) and healthcare professionals for definitive guidance.

4. No Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice. Information provided by FoodGrader is for informational and educational purposes only. For medical advice regarding health conditions, dietary needs, or allergies, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION, GRADES, OR SCORES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVARKI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NOVARKI LLC EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.

7. Data Sources

FoodGrader utilizes data from various third-party sources, including the USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this third-party data.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a premium subscription to FoodGrader+:

Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you through your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All refunds and payment issues are handled by Apple, subject to their policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NOVARKI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
